Some of my reasons for looking into COS and Pueblo are: lower barrier to entry, I'm a lot more familiar with the COS and Pueblo areas, there are five military installations (all within 35 minutes or less from each other) and five colleges in COS which seems like a tremendous amount of opportunity.

I have learned such a tremendous amount of information in such a short time thanks to BP.My initial plan was to focus on building my portfolio by purchasing multifamily homes locally, but the inventory is low in this market (I'm outside of Annapolis, MD).

When i realized you can get complex, real-time information and guidance within seconds, and no one is trying to sell you anything...no book can do that...Also when i realized the site is well managed with a certain standard to the community and doesn't seem to have an abundance of bickering and people spouting bad information they pulled right out of their *** like other forums.Biggest when i realized that people really can, and are creating tremendous wealth with REI through sheer hard work.
