There are healthy ways to help family while helping yourselves.

Do a joint venture partnership with someone who has the knowledge and experience.

At this point we mostly just need contract help:- Promissory Note (Unsecured)- Promissory Note (Secured by Real Estate)- Compensation Agreement for Real Estate Acquisition- JV agreement for joint owned Real Estate (improve existing contract)

How would we take title (Joint tenants, Tenants in common, sole)?

Prepare concrete surfaces in accordance with NACE No. 6/SSPC-SP13 Joint Surface Preparation Standards and ICRI Technical Guidelines.

But an expanding/healthy economy is only half the story.

if you win against Tom You can only get charging orders on ownership of the LLCs but you have his personal assets.So you put all property not in the LLcs into joint tenant by the entireties ownership, like houses, cars, office buildings, etc. 

Who on BP has the most experience putting together JV deals to invest with others?  Would love to hear from you and learn from your experiences.  Thank you in advance.

These are healthy concerns in my eyes and i do weigh them in my investment strategy.
