Anyone have recommendations for an investor friendly attorney in the Nashville / Middle TN area?

At this point we mostly just need contract help:

- Promissory Note (Unsecured)
- Promissory Note (Secured by Real Estate)
- Compensation Agreement for Real Estate Acquisition
- JV agreement for joint owned Real Estate (improve existing contract)
