When it's quite in the morning, the downstairs Tenant can hear the upstairs tenant talking on the phone, closing cabinets, peeing, and other things.

They have 90’s oak cabinets with off-white Formica countertops.

I guess I struggle with this because I have no idea what it takes to paint cabinets or what types of woods for trim and I wouldn't have ever considered anything that you referenced...because I don't have any experience.

We provide the builts in because, well...they're built in to the cabinets.

House was occupied by a hoarder that left everything. 9 tuns of junk later we took the house down to bare wood floors, some new drywall, new kitchen and bathrooms to include flooring and cabinets etc.. 44 new windows, 8 new glass block windows(basement, New 32 sq Roof, new interior and exterior paint.

I heard that the requirement for a good builder also play a role, I was hoping to get a builder to do the bone and then I will hire out subcontractor myself for the smaller pieces (paint, cabinets, and such) 

Rental price would be 1700-1800 month so medium finishes like vinyl flooring, stock cabinets and counters, central ac, the two car garage door opening would need closed up with a front door and five additional windows would need to be installed around the unit. 

I leave two new rolls of cabinet shelf liners in my rentals.  

Got a call from a tenant this morning that there was a drive by shooting at one of our rental properties.About 40 bullet holes sprayed all across the house, tons of damage to the interior area well (cabinets, doors, shattered windows, etc.). 

Remodeled primary bathroom with all tile shower, replaced toilets, redid all flooring, painted interior and exterior, all new kitchen cabinets.
