Has anyone taken this class by Sherman Ragland. I'm considering his class buy its quite expensive (for me). Thanks for any feedback

I have a condo (bought for 80K, now worth about 115K) which is in a cash only association (so obviously I own it free and clear).

Hello,I've got my salesperson licence about little more than 2 yr  ago,Business has been good and I am almost have the 3500 points for me to take the broker test, I don't mind staying with current brokerage since the principle broker here is really knowledgeable and still have a lot to learn from him.So I was thinking about applying for Associate Broker, then maybe down the road start individual brokerage, are there any requirements or tests that I additionally need to take to become individual broker or llc broker later, from associate once I get it? 

At our firm, we typically request a site survey from a licensed surveyor, and as-built drawings in CAD format from an as-built measuring service. 

I m sure that they dont want the association to get into a legal battle and the costs of doing such.
