You would probably need to go to small claims court, get a judgement, and then see if you can file the judgement against AirBnB to collect money from the host....if they have other properties listed or outstanding funds with AirBnb.   

Also, if you're interested, I host a free cashflow game every month.

That's hard to gauge and if you get it wrong, it comes with a whole host of really, really bad.

I want to set up a co-hosting business,so this could be the chance. 

Have heard of lend simpli, but never researched  Check out Host Financial too.

She may think it is, and it may create a messy situation, but only because many agents don’t have a complete understanding of what PC is or how difficult it is to prove (some even think emailing a listing establishes PC, but it does not, and neither does something like hosting a single showing set up by the listing agent for an unrepresented buyer, generally).
