I'm having to migrate over because my extremely old version has problems running on Windows 10.

I don't want to take on too much of a project at first I'll be hoping to find some sort of cosmetic fixer upper that doesn't have asbestos and that needs minor repairs like carpet,walls,paint windows, in need of new insulation ext. but nothing too crazy yet.

He made windows once and treated gentle as a feather!

We ended up having to do plumbing supply lines, drains, full electrical re-wire, lots of plaster work, new windows, new roof, new porches, new kitchens, new bathrooms, etc.

If it matters, it’s looking like I’ll have to put the epoxy on vertical surfaces, so minimal sag is preferred while still having enough to make a gloss/mirror finish.Similar questions for dyes.For an epoxy river speaker baffle, the inside of the speaker won’t be lit.

For example, newer windows, a new driveway and a newer siding and roof - that's 40k right there.

@Jay Hinrichs that's a pretty tight window to work with, but I understand what you're saying.
