I am curious is anyone within these forums has experience in mobile home park investing.

I am evaluating some investment types for a passive return and the mobile home park sector is intriguing.

What key things are interesting:

1. You are owning the land, no improvements needed for the physical asset

2. Passive cash flow with a motivated park manager

3. Scalability and limited barriers to entry.

4. Motivated tenants and high cost of moving from any park.
