I will watch the video today and continue with my mailings.I did as mentioned purchase a list, do you suggest or recommend a mailing company thats effectivelt low on cost but allows you to upload the excel spreadsheet of mailing addresses?

Credit Cards, Cars, etc. 

I take 100's of pics of docs and then later upload and sort through them and add the data to a spreadsheet.

I finally got serious and mailed out about 250 post cards this week.

Also I got for my company Home Depot and Lowes credit cards using my SS but the cards are in the business name.

Their service is what most credit card debt collectors use to contact you.

Even one slightly more aggressive thing you could do, but subtle enough to not be over the top IMO, would be if you have a decent rider then at the end you could hand them your RE business card and tell them if that you appreciate their business and if they ever need a ride or you can help them with anything else feel free to give you a call.
