I'd also like to reach out more to people so there is also that, using real estate as a way to reach out to people (although there are probably better ways to do so).

But based on all of the factors of the previous housing bubble, I'd like to think that we're a long way off from reaching another crisis of that magnitude.

I went ahead and did a little bit of digging and pretty much came up with the following:In 36 Months ( just before the 1st ARM adjustment) the two loans will reach the same amount.At this point the loan can jump up to a max of 3.25 for another year.

I am still working at it to help others reach their dreams if they are willing to work very hard and very smart.

In order to reach this goal i need to gain the required capital to do so and my plan for doing this was to wholesale properties in my area (Delaware) and the greater Philadelphia area as well as using my carpentry background from High school to flip properties.

I am using real estate as a vehicle to reach my goal of financial freedom.

The seller disclosed the long term leases on two of the units, but only provided the expired, 2 year old lease and the rental increase notices for the other two  and did not produce the additional long term leases that tenants shared with me.I'm in a bind here, I can't break the leases and can't stay in compliance with the loan terms.I've already reached out to my agent, who is fortunately a commercial brokerage with an attorney on staff, but have not heard back.
