Of course accidents happen but the probably of being the victim of a crime isn't higher than if you go into a supermarket in the US and risk being the random victim of a mentally-ill mass shooter.

In our opinion, that's another qualifier no different than the 1% Rule, etc.Ask yourself, will the average tenant prioritize their car payment or their rent payment? 

Because a Realtor doesn't get paid until the deal closes, they have to prioritize who they work with.
