Hard to justify a new campus when people are getting laid off in the tech sector.

A great way to network and meet people in your local community is to attend in person meet ups.

I'm hoping to actually use his mentorship/masterclass to accelerate our goals as he has experienced in the states that we are launching our business strategies.

People invest in all classes of neighborhoods and do just fine, as long as they know what they are getting into and have proper expectations. 

I built a bunch of houses there an loved it.. prices have SKY rocketed there though holy cow. cant believe the appreciation there.. very under the radar but limited land and houses great place lots of money people and there ya go values through the roof.

I just want to see how it's worked for people who have actually gone through it.
