It might sound dumb, but it just makes me kind of nervous not having easy access to the property.  

I hope I don't need to extend the closing because HUD may not approve a second extension.Also, I feel kinda nervous why we have not sold our Park Forest property.

@John Underwood this is what makes me nervous even if you do somehow prepare them in your description.

Think of tenants like a dog, because most people know when you get all weird and anxious around a dog, that dog gets all nervous and anxious, and a dog who wouldn't bite, might, because you weirded it all out.

I have never done a deal before and I am very nervous to jump into this which I assume is normal.

I have been so nervous through out all this but its been a good experience to stare a few fears in the face and chug along.

Keep in mind they're as nervous as you are.
