(This is an REO.)Sooo, I have a call in to my mentor to get her advice on whether to cancel, or see if my buyer can get the $42k reduced to a much lower amount, or see if the bank wants to get it paid off before he buys the place.Anybody have any ideas?

If the seller is not cooperative you might want to assign a junior agent at your firm to do the grunt work on this and throw them a bone if it finally sells.

Rehab and holding was long and expensive but NOT in any way painful or stressful.I did not like the utility bills or the vacant property insurance my mentor recommended I purchase, but I could easily afford those expenses.
