To me the extra few hundred bucks a year isn't worth a fight when you need them

It is a very mature part of town with million dollar new construction homes mixed with 1950’s bungalows ranging from $500k to $800k.

There is no way you could possibly do that job correctly for that price, even if he his paying his guys 5 bucks an hour under the table that is cheap.

This can all change, depending on the state of the economy.BRRRR is going to get you the best bang for your buck in the long run.

Now let’s say that instead of simply lending that $100k out and waiting for it to mature and then re-lending you marketed your interest in that note at 10% to other investors.

For me, it would be worth a few bucks a month to have eyes on the property.What do you guys think about these ideas?

If you want the best bang for your buck, devote ~$150.00 to getting an LLC (if you don't have one), and ~$9850.00 to direct marketing for leads.

There are a lot of variables present (loan debt amount, interest rate, rental rates in your area, etc), however, in general you would likely get the best bang for your buck by househacking. 

PS: I had signed up for the premium access for 30 bucks which may have helped in getting faster response.By the way, I also tried creating a new account and list from there.

For just a few hundred extra bucks in material and labor !!
