I've notified the HOA because roofing is under their responsibility but - I highly doubt it gets taken care of soon enough.Does anyone know - can I buy an umbrella policy even though 1 of my units has no homeowners or rental insurance on it? 

Buying Houses is A Sales Job - we are selling the seller on the fact that we are the right ones to buy their property.

This is a great option, but you are still limiting yourself to investors who want to buy an already occupied home.

Need to concentrate on stuff here first.My main questions are how on Earth would I target a group of people that are into buying investment properties in Mexico?

I am moving there in 2 months and would like to buy a single family or condo.

So if I refi three and buy six more - than I lose about 3K in cash flow and only add 2400 in cash flow from the newer places.

@Eric George Also contact your Insurance Agent before buying regarding costs & liability (As in an Umbrella Policy) or you may decide to title as an llc.

I like to buy in good locations that attract good tenants, screen applicants very well, and retain good tenants.
