Best way to sell updated SFR with tenant in place
I have an updated single family ranch home 4BR, 3ba ~3000 sq ft in suburb of Cincinnati, OH that is currently leased at $2700 per month. Lease ends in April 2025. I'd like to sell it and 1031 exchange into a multi-family property I'm interested in. I have to sell to an investor (vs owner occupant) since there is a lease in place and tennant rights. What would be the best way to sell under these circumstances?
