To me the biggest risk is finding staff, at min. wage, they just dont want to show up ...

Just about every lender now has new terms, new underwriting guidelines, and potentially even new (or reduced) staff.

I may be staying very late in the lab, so probably not good to commute an hour away.

Then your housekeeping staff will have more to keep up with and at some point a future guest will check in and be missing one of those items. we’ve also talked about just knocking down the wall that divides the two and making a bigger SFH. 

They have staff they hire that do that work in house. 

I do the software and communications myself but I rely on my well paid cleaning staff to cover some things for me.
