They are posted under the “Events” tab when scheduled, and if you set a Keyword alert for “Buffalo”, that will also trigger a notification for you.

The key word there being scientific.

What keywords would you look for on Zillow, Realtor.com ..etc and if you are an Agent (on MLS) to identify properties with a potential for expansion/addition?

You can also view competitors’ blogs to gain insight on the topics they’re using and do keyword research to see what people are searching for when they go online.I recommend using “Keywords Everywhere” – a browser add-on for keyword research.

I would suggest setting up keyword alerts for your particular  market and areas of interest.

If you search any of those keywords and "podcast" you'll find a lot of content going over the rules, advantages, disadvantages, and potential uses.
