I've also invited them here to BP to not only network with other agents and investors but I've actually said to them they should create a post asking about me and my legitimacy as an investor so they know I'm not wasting their time.

This month were inviting an attorney, I presume, to talk about Real Estate tax law.

Not to mention its sizable enough and close enough to the Twin Cities where you could easily find good professional management should you end up leaving in a few years.Welcome to BP and feel invited to contact me if you want to bounce any further Minnesota/Rochester ideas off of me.
