Living Room: Replace ceiling fan, remove ugly white trim above fireplace, install laminate (using laminate throughout house except for kitchen and bathrooms).  

It did include trimout which is sealing the connection, covering the seams with sheetrock or trim and touchup painting and 60 days habitability on the systems.Site preparation  It is much easier to install a MH on a relatively level area. 

We were going to laser template WITHOUT the cabinets being installed, but I got the cabinets installed sooner than I originally thought and called in a favor from my granite guys to turn the fabrication and installation around in a hurry so we ended up laser templating WITH the cabinets installed which cuts down the risk for a goof up.

I have this hole in some vinyl siding, the problem is its faded very bad and I can't find a piece to come close to matching.I was thinking about installing a white block and putting a door bell on it, unfortunately the house does not have a door bell and its a pretty stupid place for a door bell switch.This is the rear of a house I am flipping.Anything thoughts?

The other solution is to install zone valve before the pump.

The color in that photo above is not mustard and tan even when the roof, grass and sidewalk get installed.

What I would like to install is a quick-release gas fitting that can snap on  the generator when needed.
