Has anyone implemented additional streams of income in short term rental properties that add to your existing source of primary income from them?

One of the syndicators I raise capital for has started to implement this.Happy to chat further with you offline, I'm SEC registered, raising capital for private placements, working only with syndicators with a strong track record.

He stated that is it will be awhile before they stop cleaners from using the convenience centers as they haven't even started building the facility where they will require cleaners to go (This means no way that it will be fully implemented on August 1st).  

Have you implemented anything you read into real life?

@Mohammad Haidarasl I’mPretty sure Wadiah, Musharaka , Murabahah and Ijara, We’re all implemented to get around those restrictions.

Aside from checking the mls.. what websites or ideas should I implement to find my out of state flip?

All of the above are great suggestions and ones that we have implemented in our Airbnb to become a superhost. 

Lastly, holding the property as an STR is a viable option as well, however, you need to ensure that the County District and the City have not implemented any new rules/regulations regarding STRs (this is the risk you'll need to weigh).
