Additional income generation ideas in STRs

Has anyone implemented additional streams of income in short term rental properties that add to your existing source of primary income from them? E.g vending machine (luxury food/drink items etc). Any brainstorming ideas anyone can come up with? :)

Golf cart rentals with an STR are quite normal along the southeast coastline. For example if you rent a place at Fripp Island, SC just about every owner has an option to rent their own golf cart or has a connection to a local golf cart rental place and will take care of acquiring the rental for you. The same is true in a lot of the locations around Myrtle Beach as well.

I think the key thing is run anything you do by your insurance agent.
