Next thing you know it was about 3 weeks later and the owner tapped me on the shoulder and called me into his office and asked “what do you think about running the sales dept. what I’m trying to say is the same thing as everyone on here said “ get smiling and get dialing and it will be ok” it’s just fear of the unknown, we all have it at some point in our life but we get past it.start off by looking forward to hearing the no’s for each one gets you more comfortable and closer to a yes.

If someone is debt free, they could easily live an abundant life on under $30K annual income. 

IE meeting with foreclsoure consultant.. but I can tell U from a practical standpoint this is highly regional.my buddies who do foreclosures in Oregon have almost all gone out of business becasue the defaults are a trickle of what they were.. and there will always be defaults. as some folks have upsets in their life that they cant control or htey are just poor money managers.

Current value $80,000 to $90,000.The buyer: A close family friend of the seller. 30 year old blue collar worker that suffered a health issue costing him his job and resulting in a foreclosure on his house.
