i keep up w the politics pretty good, hate to dissapoint ya, but the health care pork is just one of many.

They are rare here in the college area, but are just a pain in the butt to manage with the irresponsibility of today's students (and their parents!).

I recently read a landlord law book which stressed, although landlord should stay out of domestic/roommates disputes, that if a tenant's life or health was in serious danger from violent/spouse or roommate, landlord might be liable if they do nothing.

The ONLY thing that will work is to allow the market to return to equilibrium (which involves some pain).
