What has worked for me is Thumbtack (app), Craigslist, Google, and realtor referrals to name a few. 

You can use google earth or google maps to get a sattalite view of the roof.

There are a ton of free resources about syndication that you can find on BP and via Google.

You could always create a google number (its free) for the business, manage it when you are available and have the number forward to someone else who can cover in your absence such as a friend or business associate.

If you google "RUBS" you'll find a lot more specific info you're probably looking for to make a decision.

Its a single family home no additional units ive made some google searches but I have yet to see what I can legally do.

Without going into excess detail,  I believe only one of them would have a valid adverse possession claim, based on the dates the houses and fences went in.The crazy thing is that even Google maps clearly shows the conflict between the lot lines and their fences and sheds.

You can usually google search people or check court records.Or you can hire a PI too.That said I would be careful with working with under 2M net worth CONtractors and why I like syndications where the people you are working with have skin in the game.
