So basically the Super Index is a platform that allows me to look up each property one by one to get the current tax info as well as building code violations, name of the property owner and more.

I can't wait to see the colorful answers you'll get here...there is no real answer on this question, because it really depends on you, what type of person and what your goals are.if you are a risk taker and you carefully do your your Investments and you are ready to take a Gamble, then if you want to take this money and invest in other stuff and you have a perfect view on how to grow your portfolio and your cash return, then it could be good. but if you suspect that you might get lost in the middle then it's not good it...

If you want to be financially independent, and you want to get to that point via real estate investing (assumption since this is a real estate platform) then why would you let anyone else tell you to do otherwise.

Hello After about 2 years of using Quickbooks we have outgrown the platform and are in the process of switching to Yardi Breeze.  

So, there is that.However...I stopped posting there because their platform had restrictions on the types of deals that could be posted, and these restrictions were not geared toward the buy-and-hold deals we do, but rather toward deep-discount fix-and-flips.

I love the BP community and am meeting great people every day on this platform so big shout out to @Joshua Dorkin for starting it and @Brandon Turner plus @David Greene for the very educational and sometimes corny but always funny podcasts. 2019 is going to be the best year yet!!
