A 17 year old kid or a 21 year old fresh out of College with a Degree in Business?    

I enjoy to be in the woods and feel this fresh air and the sounds of the woods and the mountains.

The bathroom is in reasonably good shape, but I don't think it will show as comparably fresh as the rest of of the house.I'd like to get a C2 condition on the appraisal on the 1-5 scale.

I've had some units go from downright gag-worthy to fresh as a summer breeze.Cat urine in carpet is the one area where it has little success.

Do you have memory or storage space minimums?

The tenants can always add an additional storage unit in the bathroom.

Does anyone know of a good storage unit contract agreement form?  

My husband and I have found the ultimate hack for living essentially rent free in LA, but our Instagram worthy stuff is sitting useless in a storage unit and I don't want to sell it. 

i get where you're coming from, but you still have to have a plan of some sort, not just "i'm not happy, so i need a fresh start." 3 or 6 months savings is inadequate for what you're thinking of doing, imho. what if an emergency happens?

There are a lot of things to do:The upper unit needs new flooring, a fresh coat of paint, an updated kitchen (layout, and paint) The lower unit was recently redone, however the kitchen can still look better.
