Thoughts on this Master bath for a rental?

I found a house that seemed to be a great rental opportunity. Clearly looks like a flip because all completely remodeled. Recent modern colors etc. Square foot price is in our range. I was totally sold on it till our realtor pointed out the master bathroom. It has this beautiful walk in shower, a toilet and a sink. Just a sink. No counter space, cabinets, nothing. It’s a 1956 home and I imagine in the remodel if they could have added more to it they would have. They did everything else! As a buyer the price point is great for the neighborhood and I could see compromising on the lack of space in the bathroom. However our realtor thinks it could be tough as a rental. Women might be turned off not having any space in there. We could end up being in competition with other houses that maybe aren’t as “nice” but have the bathroom space. For a rental property do you think this is probably a deal breaker for most tenants?
