@Philip and Jose,You operate under a fiduciary code of ethics as a licensed realtor and simultaneously acting as a wholesaler could be a conflict of interest and could result in the dnselker bringing an E&O action against you.

Ask yourself if you want to face the ethical dilemmas of being a wholesaler.

Sack up, work hard and work your network, but most importantly remain ethical.

This will be your partner for several years so pick a good one with a similar work ethic who is honest.
