Wholesaling with a realtors license

How should this be carried out? Can a realtor still wholesale, and how should it be done? How should you market your business cards, websites, etc if you already have business cards and websites created representing your investing business? Would I have to add the brokerage name? Would a brokerage approve of such thing. Just wondering, any advice would be great. Thanks

I have done several deals. I always disclose on EVERYTHING that I am a also a licensed realtor in NC, SC and MA. I always make sure I mention that at first contact as well. Actually it makes it a little easier getting paid if you are licensed as most states frown on 'finders fees', but if you are licensed you can receive commission. I always tell the seller that I am negotiating the contract to sell it, and not the house itself. Again, full disclosure just as if I was selling as a realtor.
