My experience with property managers was one that would quickly put the small guy out of business.I spend a considerable amount of time and money staying educated because the tenant/ landlord laws are a land mine for unsuspecting and uninformed small landlords.

Financial planners are required to take continuing education credits every 2 or 3 years to keep their license.

I am continuing to educate myself on real estate but also like to network with others!

My wife and I are just at the start of our REI education and was wondering how other investors started out and did they change their strategy?  

I'm thrilled about connecting with a like-minded community who can inspire and hold me accountable to take action on all this fantastic education I've been cramming in my head since my first wholesale class in 2007.

Also recommend the ULI education and book series on which food type you want.
