Hello to all of your amazing supernovas of real estate goodness!

My name is Kyrin (sounds like siren with a k) Veritas. Like the subject said, I am a reformed procrastinator (favorite form of self-sabotage = researching to the point of analysis paralysis.) I'm thrilled about connecting with a like-minded community who can inspire and hold me accountable to take action on all this fantastic education I've been cramming in my head since my first wholesale class in 2007. As of April 10, I will officially be a single mama to 3 sons, which has kicked my excuses to the curb because I refuse to be a statistic. I'm going to rescue myself from this financial doom-hole and then use what I learn to teach others to do the same.

I've also been rehabbing my life. Doing so, I've uninvited fans of chaos and am inviting those with high integrity who are committed to being hope to the hopeless, financially free, contagious carriers of happy. My intention is to net $15,000 through Wholesaling in the month of April. I'm building an investor list and establishing my team as we speak....err...write....errr...read? lol

Sounds like you've spent more than enough time on the educational side of things and now you need the most important part, experience! 

What steps are you taking to net the $15k in April? Finding investors/buyers is the really easy part, finding the right properties is what makes it difficult.
