Ask the manager to explain their process for dealing with maintenance, late rent, evictions, turnover, etc.

Discuss timelines, costs, and any materials that might be needed up front.

hello, I am under contract for an apartment building, and I will be using seller financing, and this is my first time doing that.can anyone offer any advice on things to look out for or special provisions to put in the contract or to avoid in a seller finance deal?

Strategy: Agreed if you can get away with only getting lending on one property that will cut costs, but if you need to in order to scale then may be a cost of doing business. 

The other comparison I would make is whether the 220 is less or more than your principal paydown each month.
