Flooring is one of those items that needs to be in livable condition, no tears or holes, as well as a few other things,, so once the inspector comes out and views the situation he'll write up a fix it slip for owner to repair... you can make a list out for inspector of things you would like checked,, I'd make him a list.

Probably needs waterproofing on the outside of the concrete and installation of some type of drainage to prevent water from sitting up against it.Typically, after waterproofing, there would be a perforated drain pipe with drain rock around it to carry the water away from the house

bets place to find all the info is down at the city or countythey will have all the records you are looking for plus they should have a copy of the perkwhy your running around go to the tax mans office and get the info on the property so you know what the taxes are and if they have been paid, this could be a ace in the hole for many people sell land because they owe on the taxesenjoy

The driveway may be improperly sloped and higher than the garage floor with evidence of past moisture intrusion into the garage and should be evaluated with remedy as necessary by a qualified grading and drainage contractor.The rest of the things showing are small things that don't seem of huge concern to me.
