Hoping to get some direction on this.We have a 4-plex under contract, which has actually been through a condo conversion meaning each unit has its own account with the appraisal district.

I don't have much experience with lease options at all past conversations with other investors.

Then when you are being quizzed on a subject during a coffee conversation the recall isn't there because you aren't in that same setting.

I placed the wells manually based on site tours and conversations with the neighbors.
