Can you have foreign accredited investors in your syndicate under Rule 506(b) or friends/family that are non-accredited, globally, outside of US?

I just consumed alot of information from Frank Rolfe at (Mobile Home Park University .com), as much many chunks (nuggets) of GOLD from @Brandon Turner , Jefferson Lilly, and Jack Baczek.

I thought the syndications were for accredited investors only but after looking up the 506b offerings, it looks like I could invest as an unaccredited investor if I have a relationship with the syndicator.By listening to BiggerPockets, I think A or B apartment complexes or storage units could be good investments. 

Central Michigan University must bring a lot of renters to the city and there is a cool downtown area with many breweries and trendy restaurants.

Kimbrough: In May of 2020 I graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.

How can an accredited investor find syndication deals?

I will be attending the University of Arizona in the fall and am open to looking at properties in Tucson.

Shands hospital, VA hospital, University of Florida, North Florida hospital, Info Tech and Santa Fe College.

My plan is to work, as a real estate agent, through college and end up getting a bachelors degree with a major in real estate from my local university.
