Hi Andrea:I'll be at the IHOP on Silas Creek Parkway in southern Winston Salem with some folks from Ardmore Realty Friday (tomorrow) morning around 8:30am in the back room if you want to meet for breakfast.I have to go to a house outside of Mocksville that I'm having some water proofing done by Mike Brown tomorrow if you are up for a road trip. 

This Friday I spoke to someone who says he is willing to invest with me.

So I submitted an offer an a property on a Friday and didn't receive a counter offer or anything. 

I'm meeting contractor for drinks this Friday and am writing questions that I need to ask him.

And yes, there are bed bugs. we had the 1st treatment on Friday 23rd. my son still has new bites every now and then. tomorrow we will have the 2nd visit. here where the problem begin. my husband is already freak out (mostly because of our son is too young) amd he want to move out.he want to sell this condo or put it for rent.

So, if your realtor updated the listing on a Monday, it could be Friday or later before it shows as "back on market" on these other websites, and that's not your realtor's fault.I can't speak to your other headaches with your realtor, but keep this in mind with regards to the online marketing of your listing. 

I just arrived in Woodstock this past Friday and I'm looking to do some flips for starters.  

I would highly recommend becoming part of the Memphis Investors Group and particularly try to attend their lunch meetings on Fridays at Butcher Shop in Cordova and the Memflips monthly event. 

I sent 26 before noon on Friday, it's now midnight and I've gotten 7 emails and 1 phone call.On the bright side, I think the phone call may lead to a great deal :)

I work from 9am to 7 or usually always later than that Monday to Friday.
