Real Estate Agent Won't Submit Offer

So I submitted an offer an a property on a Friday and didn't receive a counter offer or anything.  So on Tuesday I asked my realtor and this is what she sent me.  The seller's realtor texts are in gray.  My question:  is this acceptable for the sellers realtor to do this?  Thank you in advance for any advice.
