I've found that not talking about it after the initial phone call works the best for me.Lastly, I'm not sure how everyone gets there data for their probate leads, but getting them from the courthouse is going to be the most current/fresh list there is.

I've never met a property manager that knows how to say 'no' to business; they will take more business until severely under staffed and hire reluctantly and not scale properly. 

Then at least you'll have some real-world data with which to decide whether or not this is the kind of business you want to commit your life (and $$) to.

You can only have data in there that is able to be purchased or assembled from the state and local jurisdictions.

You can add multiple team members; give access to certain team members on certain tasks for assignments; it integrates with a ton of other programs like Dropbox, Google Docs, WordPress, MailChimp, Zapier, Slack, HipChat, etc; track project status data (and completion rates), and more.
