What software Are you using for Project Management?

I'm currently using Zoho but my entire team hates it.

Trying to go with Podio but it lacks basic functionality like tasks lists and project templates. Although it's GREAT for lead management.

Anyone got any suggestions?

I understand what you are tring to do now. It took me a minute to wrap my head around it but yes - you can do that within each app. It's called a "workflow" but instead of writing a long explanation I just made a quick screenshot video for you.
