advice need it
hi all,
My name is Luis im 25 i have been saving for 4 years now and i have $25000 so far.
I was thinking n investing n a 3 unit house, live n one a rent the others two.
Any advice or guidance is appreciated.

Why not 4?? Rent out 3 and live in one.
Better breakeven occupancy paying the mortgage. For 3 if one is vacant you are at 66% occupied versus 75% for a 4 plex.
