Some ideas would be, if there's a storage unit on the property and if not, put one in and charge a monthly fee to use it.

We have a sub 3% default rate but the most telling metric is that we have essentially zero principal losses and have been able to fully recover all legal fees, default interest, late fees, interest and full principal on any defaults that went into foreclosure.
