If anywhere is going to be promising I would say the Winter Haven area is promising because Legoland is driving a lot of people out there and things continue to be built.

I took out my old faithful pair of glasses that allow me to see in perfect "short sighted" vision, saw how much more money I'd be making per hour (time for money) and told myself " hey it's not a big deal I can still do real estate in my spare time, nothing is going to change ( justifying my greed and stupidity with false promises to myself) well the problem was that there wasn't any spare time.

How should I go about calculations and do you think it would be worth trying to wholesale and find a buyer for these properties since the immediate block is pretty rough, but general area is looking very promising?
