Seabring Florida
Hi guys!
I recently received some advice to invest in rental properties in Seabring Florida. This advice was given by someone I have only met once and I don't presume we'll ever meet again, so I can't ask him for more info. I live in Philadelphia and I am completely new to real estate. I did a little research and saw some really cheap cute houses. The projected job growth is @ 30% in the next 10 yrs and the average home value went up $20,000 between 2000 and 2013. I still have more research to do but this is a part of that. I also plan on actually taking a visit before any decisions are made. Does anyone know anything about this area? Any suggestions on what else I should find out? It's about an hour out from Orlando and other popular destinations in Florida. Thanks in advance!
Carolyn
