I suspect the Treasurer would still prefer the taxes be paid rather than place it in the auction.Only the 2012 taxes need to be paid to stop the tax foreclosure. 

I'm suspect that they may be rough shape or bad areas.

I suspect that the next move will be flat as interest rates go up and income struggles to keep pace.

Suspect they have been "fixing" things!

now they have no debt so its not totally killing them.and I suspect but dont know maybe you collected your houses using cash and cash flow bought the next one for cash.. 

I suspect most of Texas, all of the South and a good part of the Midwest are God places to invest.
