I was a real estate agent for a year before getting into setting houses...Anyway, I am in the process of reading the Ultimate Beginners Guide, on my journey of gathering information.

If any issues arise during your project, 48 hours is more than enough time to have the contractor, regardless of trade, address an issue.These terms should help you along your journey, as a licensed electrical contractor in NJ, I find them more than reasonable.

This is coming from someone that knows very little about applied real estate journeys, only from what I have read in books/ being a psychology major...my suggestion is you know how much work you have put into your home.

However, if your spouse is just a bit uneducated, you could start your journey alone, and he could eventually follow.The last option would be similar to my own.
