If we ask the right questions, we might get answers to understand leverage better, too.

That's a good question, I've seen this done in Clear Spring which is just west of Hagerstown.

I assume your question means that you don't have any money of your own, to which my advice would be: go make some money first, then worry about trying to buy RE.
