My #1 - don't buy b/c of FOMO (fear of missing out).

Knowledge squashes fear and allows us to move from our comfort zones.

But they are told (surprisingly by some attorneys that--in my opinion--are preying on investor fears of being sued) that every single property needs its own LLC.

I am fearful that life happens or an opportunity might come up in the next 10 years where I might need to sell or take money out.

That gives you time to have the property inspected, find a lender and get pre-approved on that property, and even bring the deal analysis here to the forums so we can analyze it, all without fear of another investor swooping in and buying it out from under you. 

I wanted to see if other experienced investors could help me on how to deal with the stress, anxiety and sometimes the fear of managing a larger portfolio of homes?

It's possible I suppose, but not highly probable and I certainly wouldn't make any life decisions based on the fear of that happening.
