That is, some might be cheap, some able to close with extreme speed, some will hold your hand, fund difficult properties, fund large commercial properties, fund flips only, provide high or only low LTV loans, newbies or experienced only, etc., etc.Meet a handful that fit your goals, and ask and learn their lending criteria.

We use it to peak people's interest in us and what we do.

Don't do this in an overly aggressive way, just as a way to stay front of mind and peak their interest.

This one will especially be good for you to build your buyers list since it's speed networking.

It is understood that speed and possibly convenience (no need to fix things up) is more important than price.
